Close to subway. Responsive super.
Cons:
Noisy neighbors with yapping dogs.

I don't like that they dont have a elevator and there is mouse in the apartment

They should exterminate all the apartment not only some

SLUMLORD Building Falling Apart

Pros:
Sunnyside is a great, relatively quiet and safe neighborhood. Unfortunately many apartments available for rent are old and horribly maintained.
Cons:
Rats, cockroaches, water leaks, horrible management, horrible super. Had several leaks caused by the upstairs neighbor that got into our electrical and caused mold. They never fixed it. There was also constant construction and people coming into our apartment without permission. They barely respond or gaslight when you have a serious issue. Only thing they did right was give us our security deposit back.
Advice to owner:
Treat tenants like human beings
