Nice Building that occasionally needs TLC

Super in Building
Excellent trash management
Nice neighbors
Safe and peaceful
Clean entry area
Cons:
Street noise in front of bodega
Occasional mice and roaches
Advice to owner:
See if you can get rid of the drunks in front of the building
They buy alcohol at bodega and then loiter and it’s creepy
