Do not move here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location. Nothing else
Cons:
The building is badly maintained. Management is non existent. They rent to weird people, so be prepared for bad neighbors. The building is discussing, pee smell everywhere.
Advice to owner:

Zero Amenity Apartments
Former Tenant
Pros:
Proximity to the 7 train Occasional Street Parking
Cons:
*EXCESSIVE NOISE* from Pete’s Grill & the bas station. Constant food/gas deliveries, Trash removal, loudspeakers, and car noise. Street level noise is also prevalent on the front side of the building. Rats & cockroaches run rampant in and around the building. Noisy building/floors, prewar build, no recent renovations. Building is never cleaned, I repeat, NEVER. Building is smelly from lack of airflow. Trash management is terrible, beware of rats near trash, and roaches on the building. Front door doesn’t stay closed, so theft is high. Packages always stolen, even with a camera. Security camera is a novelty item, doesn’t work. No responsive management; won’t show you footage from camera. Don’t expect ANYTHING to get fixed, ever, even broken windows. Tiny bathrooms with only female toilets Lack of electrical outlets in living areas
Advice to owner:
Start reinvesting into your asset and cleaning up the property.
