Terrible
Former Tenant
Pros:
Sunlight drenched the apt.
Cons:
Where do I start. Heat was minimal, landlord was unresponsive about it, but demanded her rent on time and charged a fee. Landlords father would show up and try to intimidate us when we asked for repairs. Bug infested, nasty conditions.
Advice to owner:
If you don't take care of the building and tenants, you shouldn't be a landlord.
