Beware of neighbors stealing packages in the lobby
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean lobby, new appliances, ample closet space, friendly super
Cons:
You can hear everything from upstair neighbors, some cockroaches, a notorious package thief continues to live there
Advice to owner:
E-payment would be nice.

Beware Toxic Mold!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Some Nice neighbors and good location
Cons:
Overrun by rats and mice in the lobby. Bugs everywhere. Just everywhere. People smoke in their units. Garbage is extremely mishandled. My wiring was done by unliscenced super and barely worked 40% of the time. Heat is cheap. My ceiling cracked and fell twice during my occupancy.
Water leaks in the lobby, my unit leaked horribly and infested all of my belongings with toxic horrible mold. I had to dispose of everything I owned. It sounds nuts, but it wouldn’t be possible to invent how horrible this building is. Stay far away!
Advice to owner:
Get a proper superintendent. Take care of garbage. Attend to water leaks and make necessary repairs with professionals.

Terrible landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartment is lovely prewar with character and natural light.
Super and neighbors are friendly.
Cons:
-Roach infestation that landlord refuses to deal with appropriately -landlord is unbelievably rude and unresponsive and does not take responsibility for problems, gaslights tenants and yells if I can even get a response after many tries -walls very thin, noisy at times - exterminator very unreliable
Advice to owner:
The building needs to be completely treated and all holes sealed to deal with ongoing roach and mice infestations. Spraying once a month does nothing.
Customer service from the management company needs to be improved ASAP. I have never experienced this level of rudeness and willful neglect. (The super is friendly and helpful; I mean the in-office management staff.)
