Just Okay, You Can Get a better Deal in Sunnyside

Well, it used to be cheap.
Cons:
Noisy neighbors, roaches, package theft.

It's a great building

Pros:
Big apartments, clean building, very responsive super.
Cons:
No laundry in the building, but that's true of lots of buildings in the neighborhood.

This building in one of the better nyc buildings to live in. The super is responsive young and friendly
Cons:
You can hear your neighbors and at times can find a roach in your kitchen or bathroom.
Advice to owner:
Updates need to be made in the kitchen and bathroom.
