Find a better place to live, not here
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartments are pretty spacious.
Cons:
- Personal packages delivered are being stolen from the lobby of this so called “safe” building, and nobody gives a damn, not the superintendent and not even the owner/ management. Since it’s a key fob access building, guess who is taking your packages?!?! Not even complaining and requesting surveillance video, did anything. - The rent is way to high!!
Advice to owner:
Give a damn about your tenants!
