Typical corporate landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super is generally responsive, didn’t have any issues there that wasn’t addressed.
Cons:
I have more of an issue with management in general. Tried to offer a 2-year lease and then pulled out saying the lease was wrong. And then jacked up the rent on a one year lease. Very irresponsible and not professional at all. Building is near a shelter so not very safe to walk back at certain times cause they just sit outside on the ledge of the building. Laundry in unit but it’s a combo washer dryer and it is sloww ( think 4 hours slow)
Advice to owner:
Your lease signing website is stupid and slow to changes. Stop trying to push alfred on us

Will steal security deposit
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building itself is passable.
Cons:
They will not return your security deposit. They will not communicate any legitimate reason to keep your security deposit. They will instead lie and say the security deposit was sent out. Multiple times. Weeks of following up will turn into months.
