Old Building, Poor Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is ideal, close to subway station & bus stop as well as other essential places like grocery store and an urgent care. Some of the neighbors are nice. There’s an elevator that usually works.
Cons:
Management of building is terrible, they say they will deal with an issue you’re having in your apt but then never do. Packages get stolen. Price increases without any necessary renavations being made. Not very clean. Security issue.
