Good for what it was
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building was always kept clean, trash management was great. I never saw any rats. Majority of neighbors are pretty quiet, and there are some families with children but they were quiet too. Window insulation was fantastic, besides the small draft from where the AC resided there were no drafts whatsoever.
Cons:
The building is old, and you can tell. Water pressure was terrible, pipes were noisy.

Has it’s good and bads, but mostly good
Former Tenant
Pros:
Landlord is so responsive and kind. Owns 1-2 buildings not a management company. Always available when I need him. Within 1 day of finding out that packages were being stolen by someone who got ahold of keys had all the locks replaced

Hallways and trash area cleaned daily.
Cons:
There are roaches, even in my gut renovated apartment. I believe they live in the piping. However he (landlord) sprays monthly and really pushes to get every single apartment.

Package theft is a big problem.
Advice to owner:
Invest in a locked package box or something similar.

Not sure how to deal with the roaches-maybe text everyone the day before spray day to really get every apartment. Your gut renovations are beautiful!!
