Terrible Living Conditions
Former Tenant
Pros:
Proximity to the subway/Manhattan. Dog friendly.
Cons:
Everything else. Loud circulation fans in courtyard, with multiple citations from the city, have seen no efforts to be improved and make the outdoor living space almost completely unusable. Constant problems with leaking ceilings. Inconsistent heating in the winter. Loud construction next door.
Advice to owner:
Stop being slum lords and fix the circulation fans in the courtyard.
