Great find for the price in NYC.
Former Tenant
Pros:
There are spacious bedrooms and kitchen. Also really good natural light and a nice live in super.
Cons:
I tried to seal as many doorway cracks and little wall gaps but still found cockroaches appearing in my room every once in a while.
Advice to owner:
Exterminate and seal cracks more frequently.
