Slumlord and Shady. Illegal Activities under rental lease agreement. Beware
Former Tenant
Pros:
I don’t like the building. I like the Neighborhood.
Cons:
Unsanitary, landlord doesn’t make any repairs needed only when tenant moves out.
Advice to owner:
Don’t rent if you’re not honest about anything. Stop lieing to your tenants. Have some respect towards your tenants who pays rent so you can have a roof over your head.
