Great outdoor space and interiors

Pros:
Elevators, great staff, super clean, beautiful and large interiors, huge outdoor spaces and grills.
Cons:
management changed the policy and refuse to pay overnight and weekend afternoon door staff to also give out packages so your packages might be stuck in the storage room until the morning which is very frustrating.
Advice to owner:
Pay your workers fairly and to do the full job!

Pros:
Doormen/door people are amazing humans. All my neighbors are sweet, it’s very family friendly and pet friendly.
Cons:
The super (not an on-site super) is extremely slow to do his job, and my dog doesn’t like him - which is a red flag for me. The owners don’t speak English - which is not a problem until you have a major problem in the middle of the night - and they chain smoke outside the lobby 24/7. There are an extensive amount of settling cracks in my apartment alone.
Advice to owner:
Outrageously expensive for what it is
