    Not many neighbors. Only 7 units.
    Cons:
    ROACHES
    PIGEONS LIVING IN EVERY WINDOW UNIT
    MGMT TRIES TO PUT BLAME ON TENANT ABOUT BUG ISSUES.
    SAYS PET FRIENDLY BUT NEIGHBORS COMPLAIN ABOUT EVERYTHING.
