Please be careful

Pros:
The block itself is nice and the landlord gives you your space.
Cons:
Landlord is too hands off and not responsive. Does nothing about building wear and tear, leaks, or pests. There is a trashed backyard that we couldn’t use because he doesn’t care about or take care of the property. When we complained about pests and structural damage that allowed the pests into the building he did nothing. Anything we wanted fixed we had to do ourselves and bill him later.
