My sister & I lived there for 5 years. We loved it! There was a monthly exterminator and the garbage was always well kept in the back. The landlord is lovely and responds quickly to any concerns.
More than 10 blocks from the train (but now the ferry to Manhattan is only a few blocks away!!)
