Lazy landlord, bare minimum done.
Former Tenant
Pros:
All tenants are great and prefer a quiet building for their families.
Cons:
Takes forever for minor fixes to be dealt with. Landlord is quick to get his money every month but god forbid you ask for a plumber. Landlord loves to yell and throw weight around. Even though tenants have been living there for 30+ years.
Advice to owner:
Do anything good for your tenants. Maybe replace appliances that are over 30 years old. Stop raising rent depending on your feelings.
