Wouldn’t recommend living here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Decently affordable rent
Cons:
Unruly neighbors and poor management.

It's above an event hall. The building shakes.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, near the ferry and multiple parks.
Cons:
Litigious owners, non-responsive to anything that doesn't make them money. Frequent break-ins to the building and package thefts the owners don't want to address. Garbage room is always a pig pen. The elevator frequently breaks down, so don't count on it for accessibility.

Ok building, unprofessional management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, modern, nice view
Cons:
The year my partner lived here the wall AC unit was left open and unrepaired, and didn't function well. The building was fine overall and had nice views. However, if you called the family-run management company a woman working there was EXTREMELY rude and abusive. She was quick to blame and not solution oriented. At the end of my partner's lease the management company refused to return their deposit because we didn't give them enough notice-- We didn't resign the lease and gave two weeks notice of move out. The lease said that if the tenant didn't renew with a month's notice it would be assumed they were moving out. Needless to say, we took them to small claims court and won.
Advice to owner:
Work on people skills and communication.
