Rent At Your Own Risk
Former Tenant
Pros:
There’s a small green space out back It has a roof and a floor Some of the neighbors are nice
Cons:
Building currently has over a dozen open HPD violations and unaddressed disability requests. When asked to make repairs, landlord just complains about NYC laws and dodges the issue. Repairs go unfulfilled for years.
Landlord also lets tenants nearby make and use drugs and act violently without any repercussions
