Not a bad place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
-landlord is lax about late rent -super is very very responsive and great -you will be left alone for the most part -pest control once a month -they BLAST the heat in the winter lol you actually have to run the AC in the winter to offset the heat from the pipes -in a nice area
Cons:
-rent is very high for a junior one bedroom where the kitchen is in the living room but that’s Astoria prices -. Landlord outsources his finances to a third party company who rent increases the rent by 5% every year
