DO NOT RENT WITH THEM
Former Tenant
Pros:
The only pro for this building is its location , not the building itself.
Cons:
- Owner of the building is very rude and thinks he’s 21 and can treat tenants with zero respect

-Owner/ landlord of the building does NOT reply back to you when you let them know an issue with the apt.

-Owner Matthew will let drug dealers rent in his apartment building to the point you do not feel safe in your own apartment/ and the building itself.

-Owner will only reach out to you for the rent money without addressing any of the issues first

-I personally watched the owner of the building unlock and walk into someone’s apartment building and start yelling at them because they did not pay rent , if they did or didn’t , no one’s allowed in your apt building.

- Many people doing drugs in the court yard of the building where id have to close my apartment window and lock all my doors because I had felt very unsafe and after addressing this all again with the owner he never responded and when talking to him in person he let me know to stop acting like a child

-NO HEAT, NO HOT WATER FOR 6 months

-They won’t clean up the apartment prior to your move in so the whole place will be filthy

- They just don’t care about the building and it’s tenants
Advice to owner:
If you were kind and a normal human being , maybe the tenants would treat you with an ounce of respect that you don’t deserve. You treat the apartment building like your marriage, you clearly aren’t loyal
