Good apt. Good price.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good price and location for a one bedroom. Not far from the NW, Astoria Ferry stop and other necessities you’ll need.
When things need to get fixed the LL is pretty quick with responding and sends someone within 24 hours during the week.
Cons:
I moved into a “recently renovated” space, but the floors are super warped and not completely finished.
When I wanted pest control to spray because of a few bug airings I had to wait a week until the monthly spray. I wish we could sign up on a list at least do the company would know who’s waiting for them during that visit. Or if we could schedule one off visits when needed.
Advice to owner:
Clearer garbage rules outside, seems to be a free for all. More cleaning is the hallways, as it smells especially during the summer and when it rains.

Decent building and staff
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet neighborhood for the most part. Some planes and sirens. LL responsive via text
Cons:
Occasional mouse problems. Finishes on last renovation are a bit shoddy. Porch pirates (LL Is addressing) can be an issue. Check only payment.
Advice to owner:
Accept Rino security and credit card rent.

Great potential but not optimal management
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s not far from the train station and everyday necessities stores (grocery store, deli, pharmacies, ...) Big space. Reasonably priced.
Cons:
The management handles poorly different situations. You have to insist for them to repair things going on in your apartment and sometimes they don’t follow through. When there are noise complains the situation doesn’t change too much after you talk to the management. You have to ask for pest control for them to apply it to your apartment.
Advice to owner:
Follow through your reparations. People consider this space their home and by seeing that things are defective and not being handled affects the morale and sentiment of renting. This building has a lot of potential.
