Pros:
Spacious and close to restaurants, bars, etc
Cons:
It can be loud (on a busy street next to a hospital)

Pros:
The super is incredibly responsive to any problems. The garbage maintenance is also really great considering how many units this building is. I think new tenants are starting to skew younger but there's a mix of older folks and middle aged couples. The trash alley is gated.
Cons:
This building is on crescent Street and can sometimes get noisy street traffic.
