Good building, over priced terrible neighbor

Pros:
Goood location and new building. Nice rooftop
Cons:
Over priced for what you got and a neighbor had a bad acid trip and dedicated in the hall way. Things that just should never happen

Nice Apartment, rooftop and balcony.
Cons:
Property management is disorganized, raised rent too high, common areas dirty.
Advice to owner:
be more responsive to tenants

Elevator & laundry in bldg. Nice neighborhood. Roof terrace.
Cons:
The management lie as naturally as you and I breathe. Poor maintenance of grounds. Security issues.
Advice to owner:
Stop lying. Work on communication and response to your tenants.

Very well kept Garbage consistently taken out Keyless entry Laundry in building
Cons:
It could be a bit loud. You could hear everything. Never responded to anything.
Advice to owner:
BE RESPONSIVE!!!! Literally worst communication ever! Do better.
