Enjoyed the stay!

Pros:
Good building, well maintained and the noise is minimal. Landlord is great.
Cons:
It is nestled right in between two other buildings so the view isn't great unless you're in the front.
Advice to owner:
It's great - I appreciate the responsiveness!

Pros:
Apartment is affordable, owner is very responsive to any issues/concerns, super is on top of any issues. Building is old but clean with minimal pest issues, any pest issues have been dealt with quickly (had a couple small holes patched in my apartment in a day.) No required security deposit. Rent stabilized apartment.
Cons:
The building shows its age a bit, but you get what you pay for. Bathroom door doesn't quite close, there's some damage to the floors, etc. These are all small issues that are worth dealing with for the price though in my opinion.
