Pros:
It's pretty well kept for an older house. Some recent renovations were done. The area is quiet and not too far from Broadway.
Cons:
The title pretty much says it. I don't wanna say much but the landlady is the absolute worst human I've met in my life. All she does is call to yell at you and threaten to kick you out. I've basically received the most horrible treatment you can receive as a human being! You will too if you decide to move here so please run away as fast as possible!

People smoke weed almost everyday.

When asked for the deposit, a family member of the landlady (the person we communicate with first) ignored all our messages and then yelled at me for asking his roommate. Pathetic. It took over a month to get the deposit back. Such hypocrites. They yelled at me when the rent was lost in the mail and arrived late (they want checks or cash only) and then purposely decided to ignore messages asking for the deposit back. CLASSIC.
Advice to owner:
Learn how to be a better human! Stop yelling at people like they are pieces of sheet. Take some empathy lessons because you sure need it to grow as a person.
