Happy Here, but can improve pandemic response

Rent stabilized, clean, laundry in building, Art Deco
Cons:
Cleaning staff refuse to wear face masks
Advice to owner:
Require universal mask compliance and improve safety measures (sanitizer in lobby, cleaning frequency of door handles/elevator, etc)
