Ok but several issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location Updated appliances Neighbors weren’t noisy
Cons:
Landlord didn’t fix things that were broke Frequently had cockroach problems Building not insulated well, heat and AC cost a ton in utility bills Had mice a few times and landlord did not do anything to mitigate (gave us instructions on how to catch) Frequent hot water issues (did not work well and often not at all), landlord did not fix. Landlord also came into the apartment without us knowing on several occasions (no respect for boundaries)
Advice to owner:
Treat your tenants better and they won’t leave.
