Astoria is the place to be.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to the N train, supermarket, bank and the bar/restaurant strip on 30ave. Has a laundry room and is very clean and the super is very responsive.
Cons:
It's across the street from a school so early mornings can get loud from cars honking because of school buses parked.
Advice to owner:
Update the bathroom
