- big building, lots of closets including linen and pantry - location - laundry in building

Pros

People are friendly- super dog friendly building. Incredibly close to the 30th Ave. N train, good neighborhood.

Cons

There are so many units that it feels like pest control is impossible. I lived on the first floor and had SO many pest issues- flies, roaches, mice, and I did not cook at home and made it a point to take trash out everyday.
