Just fine if you don’t mind pests
Former Tenant
Pros:
People are friendly- super dog friendly building. Incredibly close to the 30th Ave. N train, good neighborhood.
Cons:
There are so many units that it feels like pest control is impossible. I lived on the first floor and had SO many pest issues- flies, roaches, mice, and I did not cook at home and made it a point to take trash out everyday.

Could be good, could be bad, depends on what is most important to you
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large apartments for the price Pretty green space surround building entry Good daylighting Some nice neighbors, nice community Super is very friendly Lobby floors get cleaned often
Cons:
Package theft was an issue consistently, there's nowhere to leave packages, three adjoining lobbies that carriers leave packages in at random, things get stolen often because its so spread out and so many people.
Cockroaches *everywhere*. We used glue traps and roach gel and didn't leave trash out but would still find them on the counters and in the bathroom. Some units on the first floor had rodents.
Floors are so thin you can hear conversations in the units above and below you. We had a neighbor below us who watched TV and played really loud video games from 11pm to 4am that we were unable to block with any white noise/fans/headphones. If you have quiet neighbors, not an issue, but if your neighbors make any noise at all it will be very uncomfortable. The super did nothing about it even though the unit below us could be heard throughout the building.
Advice to owner:
Enforce quiet hours when tenants have issues with noisy neighbors. Figure out how to resolve your trash chute issues so the cockroaches stop showing up. Do something about the lead paint cracking and crumbling in the lobby.
