Great location but not properly maintained
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is great, big sunny apartments.
Cons:
The building itself is not maintained properly, roof water leaks and a huge backyard that no one in the building is allowed access to.
Advice to owner:
It's seems like the owner makes the most money by having his medical office and renting the apartments, but puts no effort into maintaining the building
