Great location and area but..
Former Tenant
Pros:
I like the location and area this building is in. Good schools and parks nearby, great eats nearby. Good day light.
Cons:
Landlord is not responsive about issues and concerns 50% of the time. Landlord curses with certain tenants, mainly the rent stabilized tenants who were there before landlords bought out building. Building has a bed bug and roach infestation issue. Walls are cracked and radiators leak. No elevator. Mouse issue. Old appliances. Expect no hot water randomly with no alert from landlords. Dirty broken stairwell. Poor lighting. Landlord hires cheap maintenance man who doesn't do his job properly so expect him to make a re visit maybe 3 times.
Advice to owner:
Care about your old and new tenants. Stop playing favorites.
