Management and owners do not care

Pros:
It’s in Astoria
Cons:
Laundry machines are always broken. Elevators are always breaking down. Do not paint the apartment once a year as they should. When ask to get something fixed they don’t respond unless it’s an actually clog.
Advice to owner:
You want good tenants. Then learn to also keep them happy.
