No one follows the rules
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cheap than average rent.
Cons:
NONE of the tenants follow the rule here. This place is supposed to be a no pet apartment but I see a bunch of dogs. The floor is paper thin, can hear everything that your neighbor is doing above, can even hear their conversation. There is an 80% carpet rule but no one is following it as well. The wall is somewhat thick so that is good. Some crazy neighbor shouts and slams the mailbox at midnight, almost every night. An exterminator will come every month in the summer, yet there are many roaches roaming around. If you can get the top floor then it's really a great place to live, but other floors, just don't.
Advice to owner:
Please at least make everyone follow the 80% carpet rules.

Enjoyed my time there
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighbors are all friendly professionals. The building is very quiet, you can never hear the neighbors. The train is close and shops and restaurants are wonderful. Dante, the super, is a great guy and family man. Rent stayed low the entire time I lived there.
Cons:
I don't remember having too many problems. Sometimes you had to wait for things to be fixed, I withheld rent until my stove was replaced and they understood.
