comfortable, clean, good place to live

Pros:
super lives in building; trash chute; elevator; diligent pest control/prevention
Cons:
super did not always respond right away; the building was not dog-friendly on paper, but there were so many dogs in the building that it should have been dog-friendly
Advice to owner:
make it a dog-friendly building
