    Great location and management

    Management always responded fast to any issues we had and would come to fix them right away
    Cons:
    Roach presence - but management did provide monthly exterminator

    Heat and gas issues, water always cold in the winter

    Cons:
    Had a bit of a roach problem but management provided exterminator.
