Do not rent here at all

Pros:
There are some nice people in the building
Cons:
Where to start?
Huge bug problem. They only have cleanings once a month in very narrow time frames. Search urban management, and you will see tons of pest complaints. If there are roaches or pests in between cleanings they will do nothing. Its a struggle to get anything fixed and they gas light you on every small problem. Rent goes up every year yet they refuse to even give heat at night
