Great Building Terrible Company
Pros
I loved my apartment at this place. Renovated, facing away from the street, great sunlight
Cons
The management company is a nightmare they barely respond, you don’t know a single person’s name, they are borderline violating tenants right. They are very shady and they have a terrible reputation in area.

Abide by your own leases

Overall great building
Pros
fairly well maintained, has Amazon locker, laundry, friendly on-premise super
Cons
laundry is expensive and is often broken, landlord responsiveness could be better, super is nosey, not all units are rent stabilized and new management (as of 2021) raises the rents by a lot
Advice to the owners
stop raising rents so much!
