Pretty ok building
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s a pre war building, so it’s what you expect. Everything is pretty old but for the price is good. Walls are thick so I never hear neighbors
Cons:
Elevator can freeze up or be out of service pretty often. Packages get stolen but couldn’t tell you if that’s someone from the building or not.
Advice to owner:
Please install a better doorbell system, wider trash shoots, and turn down the heat in the winter pleaseee
