nice walk-up building

Pros:
Water pressure was good, landlord was responsive, super was great
Cons:
Big issues (like a leaking window) never got fixed properly

Close to train, very clean building, super is excellent, skilled and responsive.
Cons:
Small space, laundry inconsistently works, a lot of smoking in units.
Advice to owner:
Enforce smoking law.
