Pros:
Homey, clean, convenient.
Cons:
Packages were sometimes stolen and management could be difficult to teach but the super was fairly responsive.
Advice to owner:
None.

Good but time to move on!

Pros:
Good building. Very clean! Neighbors are nice. Some packages were stolen but that’s not the building’s fault. Management was good with communication.
Cons:
Wish the rooftop was open
Advice to owner:
I would have stayed longer if there was access to the roof! Everything else was good.
