tiny one bed

Pros:
well renovated, great location, perfect for one person
Cons:
not enough storage, construction on adjacent unit caused major pest infestation. super loud street corner with lots of traffic. while unit is renovated the front door was not. about 300 coats of paint and a malfunctioning lock.
