Affordable rent in a good location. Quiet.
The landlords live on the second floor of the building and will do all repairs (some not very well). Demanded rent in cash. Once I called coned for a suspected gas leak (I told the landlords as I did this) and got yelled at after by one of them for 5 minutes.
