If you like holes in your ceiling, rent here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Stabilized rent, small building, relatively quiet for the neighborhood

Cons:
Pest control barely comes (legally supposed to come 1x per month), management will leave your facilities requests on read for months at a time, the wall paint is peeling, the bannisters are falling apart. Last year our radiators weren’t working and it was a non issue for the management. We also had a hole in our ceiling for 1 year and it was patched up after several messages and emails after I became fed up with rain water flushing into my kitchen every time it poured.
Advice to owner:
Check your facilities requests. It doesn’t matter if someone’s rent is stabilized; our rights matter, too.
