Las Catrinas Penthouse

Pros:
Great sized space right in the heart of Broadway, close to everything. Walk up, good neighbors.
Cons:
Third room in 3br with internal courtyard facing window was miserable with ducting, lack of light, and constant pigeons cooing and pooping. Corner can be loud at night with break bar next door
Advice to owner:
Manage pigeons on ducting on internal courtyard, they're loud and gross
