Great Landlord & Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is clean, well-managed and usually adequate notice is posted when something will be shutoff in the building and repaired. Also, the apartment walls are very thick and when I am in my apartment, I never hear my neighbors. It’s heaven.
Cons:
There are a lot of bugs. This really did not become an issue until Covid.
Advice to owner:
Thank you.

A mixed bag
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartment was a good value for the space and the building was generally well maintained.
Cons:
I had a lot of roaches even with the monthly exterminator. Management was slow to respond to an issue I had with a noisy neighbor.

Old, but sort of well kept building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large sunny apartment.
Cons:
Lost of roaches despite monthly exterminator visits. Old building and apartment so the kitchen appliances are old and outdated. Little closet space despite the large apartment.
