2+ years with no troubles!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Live-in super is fast and attentive. No bugs. Spacious 1BR and rent hasn’t gone up since we moved into our unit in April 2019
Cons:
Just wish we had a bit more room, going to upgrade to a 2BR soon and can’t stay in the building :(
