Building is nice, super is noisy

Pros:
Building is well maintained and neighbors are nice
Cons:
Super is really rude and is watching you through cameras and call you to complain about little things. I’ve never had anyone personally calling me to tell me that I threw one thing in the recycling that is not recyclable. I recycle but it feels really weird that she checks who threw what. And then she calls you, not in a polite way but like she is a scolding parent or something.
Advice to owner:
Tell the super to be nicer

Location location location!
Cons:
Not cleaned enough, superintendents are appalling inappropriate bullies work with management to harass tenants ,terrible laundry facilities , mold in multiple apartments, tenants left with holes in ceilings and floors for long periods of time until city is called…..
